My visit was pleasant my room was very clean the bed was good the shower was nice and hot. I had the pleasure of seeing two old classmates that worked at the property.

Room and bathroom were newly refurbished and perfectly clean. Staff was friendly and hotel is conveniently located. Excellent value for money!

They are either remodeling or have remodeled and it is a very clean, low key, drama free hotel that goes above and beyond for these customers. Will stay no where else when visiting Charleston, WV.

Front desk staff is so friendly. Every night when my husband and I come in Kenny says hello and calls us by name.

There was no breakfast at this location. I only saw a coffee machine and a vending machine for snacks. Breakfast would have been nice.

Off the main road and quite. My pet/service dog was not disturbed so we both slept.
